This website, https://www.esmartbazaar.in ("Website"), is owned and operated by Esmart Bazaar. By accessing or using this Website, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully, as they apply to all users. To use our services through this Website, you must accept and follow these Terms. Esmart Bazaar may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice.


Definitions

For the purpose of these terms, "Services" refers to the features provided by Esmart Bazaar and its service providers to users. These features allow users to:

  • Receive payments from their customers or other payers.
  • Make payments to suppliers, beneficiaries, or other payees.

Payments can be made or received through:

  • IMPS/NEFT/RTGS (bank transfer methods)
  • Credit/Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • Other bank-related payment methods like UPI, mobile apps (e.g., Google Pay, PhonePe), or digital wallets that Esmart Bazaar may accept from time to time, as mentioned in these terms.

For example, a user might collect money from a client using a Visa or Mastercard, pay a vendor through a UPI app like PhonePe, or send funds to a beneficiary via RTGS for a high-value transaction, depending on what Esmart Bazaar supports.


User

"User" shall mean any person who is Boarded on the Esmart Bazaar platform to use this website and/or who transacts or avails of the services through this website to make or receive payments to or from third parties. The term "User" also includes any personnel authorized by the user to access or use the services on their behalf.


Payee

"Payee" Frefers to any person who receives a payment through the Services, including a User who utilizes the Services to receive payment.


Payer

“Payer” means any individual or entity who makes a payment using the Services. This term also includes a User when they use the Services to make a payment.


Products

“Products” means any goods or services that a User offers for sale or purchases from third parties using the Services. However, this does not include any banned or restricted products and services as specified in Annexure A.


Service Provider

“Service Provider” means any bank, association, facility provider, card-issuing institution, acquiring bank, financial institution, card processor, clearing house, or network whose systems, facilities, or services are used in providing the Services.


Transaction

“Transaction” means any payment instruction carried out through the Services that leads to the successful transfer of money:

(a) from a User to a Payee.

(b) from a Payer to a User.


Transaction Amount

“Transaction Amount” means the total sum payable or receivable by a User or Payee. This includes, without limitation, all applicable taxes, charges, interest, delivery costs, commissions and any other amounts due in connection with the Transaction.


Eligibility

  1. The Website and Services are intended solely for individuals who are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indian law and who are 18 years of age or older .
    1. Any access to, or use of, the Website or Services by persons under 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
    2. By using the Website or Services, the User represents and warrants that they are 18 years of age or older and legally competent to contract.
  2. The User also agrees and ensures that their Payer or Payee is similarly competent to contract.
  3. The User further represents and warrants that they have the full authority and legal capacity to use the Services and that their use of the Services will be in strict compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  4. These Terms and Conditions, as accepted by the User, shall be read together with and in addition to:
    1. any terms and conditions issued by any Service Provider, from time to time; and
    2. the Privacy Policy of the Website.
  5. A User may access and use the Services and this Website only if they fully accept and comply with all of the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

Registration

  1. In order to avail the Services, the User must complete the registration process with Esmart Bazaar and where applicable, with the relevant Service Providers. For this purpose, the User shall furnish to Esmart Bazaar such documents, information and details as may be required from time to time.
  2. By registering with Esmart Bazaar, the User represents, warrants and undertakes that all information provided is true, accurate, current and complete. In the event of any false, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information being provided, Esmart Bazaar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject the User’s registration or to suspend/terminate the User’s right to access and/or use the Website and/or Services at any time, without prior notice.
  3. Upon successful registration, a User Account shall be created, which shall be associated with the User’s unique username, password and such other identifying information as may be assigned or required.
  4. The User shall be solely and fully responsible for:
    1. maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials and
    2. any and all activities, actions, or transactions carried out through their User Account, whether authorized or unauthorized.
  5. Esmart Bazaar shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorized use of the User Account. The User agrees to immediately notify Esmart Bazaar of any unauthorized access, breach, or misuse of their account.

Use Of Services

  1. The Services may be utilized by the User for the purpose of making and/or receiving payments to or from third parties.
  2. To enable access to the Services, Esmart Bazaar shall provide the User with login credentials, which shall be communicated via the User’s registered mobile number or email address. The User hereby irrevocably and unconditionally accepts full responsibility for:
    1. the use, confidentiality and protection of such login credentials, including passwords;
    2. all instructions, orders and information changes entered into the Website, mobile application, or email account using such login credentials.
  3. Esmart Bazaar shall not be obligated to verify the authenticity of any Transaction other than by verifying the User’s basic KYC information. The User shall at all times take appropriate measures, including but not limited to those outlined herein, to ensure the confidentiality and security of their credentials and related information.
  4. Esmart Bazaar shall not be liable for any error, misuse, or fraudulent use of the Services by the User, by any person authorized by the User, or by any unauthorized person who gains access to the Services through the User’s credentials. All instructions received by Esmart Bazaar through valid login credentials shall be deemed to have been issued by the User in good faith and in accordance with commercially reasonable security standards.
  5. The User shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Esmart Bazaar against any direct or indirect losses, damages, claims, or liabilities arising from the disclosure, misuse, or compromise of sensitive information by or through the User.
  6. Upon receipt of the necessary payment details from the Service Provider, Esmart Bazaar shall process and initiate the required payment to the Payee or User, as instructed by the User or Payer.
  7. Confirmation of a Transaction executed using valid login credentials shall constitute conclusive evidence of the Transaction having been carried out. The User is solely responsible for furnishing Esmart Bazaar with correct and updated Payee details.
  8. In the case of payments made towards the purchase of Products or services, Esmart Bazaar shall not be responsible for ensuring delivery, quality, or performance of the said Products or services.
  9. Any complaint or dispute in relation to a Transaction must be communicated to Esmart Bazaar within ten (10) days of the date of the Transaction. Complaints received beyond this period may not be entertained.

User Obligations

  1. Accuracy of Information
    Each User shall:
    1. provide correct, complete and accurate details of the Payer/Payee as may be required, on an independent basis;
    2. promptly furnish to Esmart Bazaar, upon demand, original copies of proof of delivery of Products, invoices, or any other records pertaining to a Transaction;
    3. ensure that all licenses, registrations and permits required to carry on the business of sale/purchase of Products are valid, subsisting and in full force at all times.
  2. Prohibited Activities
    A User shall not:
    1. engage in any activity that is banned, unlawful, immoral, or prohibited under applicable laws;
    2. use the Services for or in connection with any activity in violation of any law, rule, or regulation, or in any manner that may subject Esmart Bazaar to investigation, prosecution, or legal action.
  3. Prohibited Products
    The User undertakes and assures Esmart Bazaar that no payments shall be made or received in respect of any products or services listed in the banned items list set out in Annexure A.
  4. Compliance with Laws and Standards
    The User shall at all times comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, as well as the guidelines, circulars and requirements issued by Visa, MasterCard, acquiring banks, Service Providers, or any other competent authority.
  5. Confidentiality of Information
    1. The User shall not sell, provide, exchange, or otherwise disclose to third parties (or use for any purpose other than completing a Transaction, or as specifically required by law) any personal information about any third party, including but not limited to account details, mobile numbers, or payment credentials, without the prior written consent of such third party.
    2. The User shall only use Payee/Payer information (such as name, address, email address, telephone number, or other data) provided in connection with a Transaction solely for completing that specific Transaction. The User shall not sell or otherwise furnish such information to others unless independently obtained or with the express consent of the Payee/Payer.
  6. Security Obligations
    The User shall take all reasonable precautions, including those directed by Esmart Bazaar, to ensure that:
    1. there is no breach of security
    2. the integrity of the link between the User’s systems/site, the Website and the payment mechanism is maintained at all times.

    7. In the event of any loss arising from breach or compromise of such link, the loss shall be borne solely by the User. The User shall indemnify and keep indemnified Esmart Bazaar and the Service Providers against any such loss, damage, or liability.

  7. Taxes
    The User shall be solely responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes, levies, duties and charges (including withholding taxes, if any) arising in connection with the use of the Services.
  8. Restrictions on Account Information
    A User shall not, under any circumstances, request or require any other User to provide details of their bank accounts, including but not limited to account numbers, card numbers, mobile numbers, PINs, or passwords.
  9. Notification of Changes
    A User shall notify Esmart Bazaar in writing at least 30 (thirty) working days in advance of any change in their:
    1. registered email address
    2. mobile number
    3. address
    4. ownership or legal status
    5. cessation of business.
  10. Prohibited Interference
    A User shall not interfere with, disrupt, or damage the Website or its Services, including but not limited to through the use of viruses, cancel bots, Trojan horses, harmful code, denial-of-service attacks, backdoors, spoofing, forged routing/e-mail information, or any other malicious methods or technology.
  11. Rights of Esmart Bazaar
    Esmart Bazaar reserves the right to investigate and prosecute, to the fullest extent permitted under law, any violations of the foregoing obligations.

Fees

  1. Consideration for Services
    In consideration of the Services provided by Esmart Bazaar to the User, the User agrees to pay to Esmart Bazaar such fees as are set forth in the Fee Schedule contained in the Merchant Agreement, published on the Esmart Bazaar website, or as otherwise communicated by Esmart Bazaar to the User’s registered email address.
  2. Transaction Fee and Taxes
    Esmart Bazaar shall be entitled to deduct its applicable transaction fee together with all applicable taxes, duties, levies, including Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), per successful transaction, prior to remitting the balance of the transaction amount to the User’s or Payee’s designated bank account. All other taxes, charges, or statutory dues in connection with the Services shall be borne solely by the User, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing between the Parties.
  3. Right to Revise Fees
    Esmart Bazaar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to revise, modify, or amend the applicable fee, discount, or commission rates at any time. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, Esmart Bazaar shall also have the right to forthwith revise its transaction fee in the event of any revision by acquiring banks, card associations, payment networks, or pursuant to directions, circulars, or guidelines issued by the Reserve Bank of India (“RBI”) or any other competent authority from time to time.
  4. Non-Refundability of Fees
    It is expressly agreed and acknowledged by the User that any transaction fee charged by Esmart Bazaar in respect of a transaction that has been processed and confirmed shall be non-refundable and shall not, under any circumstances, be returned or repaid to the User or any third party, regardless of whether the transaction is subsequently declined, reversed, charged back, refunded, or disputed.

Specific Terms

  1. Esmart Bazaar is a payment processor for the client and does not have any control of the activities/actions of the business it is helping process payments for.
  2. Esmart Bazaar Will Not Be Responsible For Any Disputes Between The Users And The Payers/ Payees, Including Issues Regarding Prices, Delivery, Non-Delivery Or Delay In Delivery Of The Products, Quality Of Products Or Otherwise. All Such Disputes Will Be Dealt With By And Between The User And The Payer/ Payee Directly And Esmart Bazaar Shall Not Be A Party To Such Disputes.
  3. Esmart Bazaar Cannot And Does Not Guarantee The Timings Of Any Payments Made Or Received As Such Timing Is Dependent Upon User’s Bank, Card Issuing Bank/ Card Processor (Where A Credit/ Debit Card Is Used), Acquiring Financial Institution And Other Service Providers. Esmart Bazaar Assumes No Liability And Shall Not Be Held Responsible For Any Delays In Delivery Of Payment Or Availability Of Funds When Using The Services.
  4. Esmart Bazaar Shall Not Be A Party To The Agreement Between The User And Any Payer/ Payee In Any Manner Whatsoever. All Contracts Are Directly Between Users And Their Payers/ Payees.
  5. User Shall Be Responsible For Any Miscommunication Or Incorrect User/ Third Party/ Other Information That May Be Provided To Esmart Bazaar At The Time Of Enabling The Services For The User.
  6. Any request from the bank or the legal authorities to block an account or mark a lien on any amount of the client will be passed on to the client and the lien of the said amount or unblocking of the account will only happen once cleared by the bank or by the concerned authorities
  7. Esmart Bazaar/ Service Provider Reserve The Right To Impose Limits On The Number Of Transactions Which May Be Charged On An Account During Any Time Period And Reserve The Right To Refuse To Make Payments In Respect Of Transactions Exceeding Such Limit. Esmart Bazaar/ Service Provider Also Reserve The Right To Refuse To Make Payments In Respect Of Transactions By Users With A Prior History Of Questionable Charges.

Security

Subject to these Terms and Esmart Bazaar's policies, Esmart Bazaar shall not be liable for any improper, fraudulent, unauthorized, duplicate, or erroneous use of a User's mobile device or web-based access. Esmart Bazaar is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use or misuse of a User’s mobile device or email account by third parties. The User shall be responsible for any unauthorized access to the Services and shall indemnify Esmart Bazaar against any liability, costs, or damages resulting from such misuse or use by third parties.

The User shall be fully liable for: (a) any unauthorized use of their mobile device or email account; and (b) all authorized transactions conducted through their mobile device or email account.

Esmart Bazaar shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from:

  1. defects in any products or services supplied;
  2. a third party’s inability to supply or deliver required products;;
  3. refusal by any person, including a Service Provider, to accept a payment;
  4. malfunction of any computer terminal or equipment;
  5. use of the Services by anyone other than the User;
  6. any misstatement, error, or omission in information provided to Esmart Bazaar;

Termination

If Esmart Bazaar or a Service Provider reasonably suspects a User has breached these Terms, any agreement with Esmart Bazaar, or committed any dishonest or fraudulent act against Esmart Bazaar or a Service Provider, Esmart Bazaar may: (a) suspend payments under these Terms; (b) deactivate or suspend the User’s account and disable their password; and (c) terminate the User’s access to the website or Services, pending investigation. A User may cancel their account at any time by emailing Esmart Bazaar. Upon cancellation, Esmart Bazaar is not obligated to return any data or information stored on its servers or equipment.


Indemnity

The User shall indemnify Esmart Bazaar against all liabilities, judgments, damages, losses, claims, costs and expenses arising from any claim, suit, or proceeding brought by another User, Service Provider, or third party due to: (a) delivery issues, non-delivery, delays, deficiencies, or errors in products sold; (b) the User’s breach, non-performance, or inadequate performance of these Terms, conditions, representations, obligations, or warranties; or (c) any acts, errors, misrepresentations, willful misconduct, or negligence by the User, their employees, subcontractors, or agents in fulfilling obligations under these Terms.

The User shall comply with all terms and conditions set by Esmart Bazaar or any Service Provider regarding the Services. All transactions conducted through this website, when compliant with the prescribed terms and conditions of Esmart Bazaar or the Seller/Service Provider, shall be legally binding and valid.


Confidentiality

The User agrees not to disclose, use, or personally benefit from any non-public information obtained through the website or Services. This obligation continues until such information becomes publicly known through no fault of the User. If compelled by a court or legal authority to disclose such information, the User must promptly notify Esmart Bazaar and cooperate fully to protect the information to the extent permitted by law.

Esmart Bazaar may access, preserve, or disclose User information if required by law or if reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to claims or comply with legal processes; (b) prevent fraud, assess risks, conduct investigations, provide customer support, develop products, or debug; or (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Esmart Bazaar, its Users, or the public.


Intellectual Property Rights

The website content and trademarks, service marks and logos ("Marks") are owned by or licensed to Esmart Bazaar, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international conventions. Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, transmitted, broadcast, displayed, sold, licensed, uploaded, or otherwise exploited without Esmart Bazaar’s prior written consent.


Privacy Policy

By accessing the website, the User consents to the collection, use and storage of their information as outlined in Esmart Bazaar’s Privacy Policy. This information may be processed and stored by Esmart Bazaar and its Service Providers. For details on Esmart Bazaar’s practices regarding the collection, use and storage of User information, refer to the Privacy Policy.


Disclaimer Of Warranties

  1. Esmart Bazaar is not directly responsible for making payments. It only acts as an intermediary between banks, service providers and users.
  2. All content and functionality on the website is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
  3. Esmart Bazaar does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or adequacy of the website content. It also does not guarantee that the services or functionality will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
  4. The user understands and agrees that the use of the website and its services is entirely at their own risk.
  5. Esmart Bazaar, along with its predecessors, successors, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys and their heirs or assigns, will not be liable for any kind of damages.
  6. Such damages include direct, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that may arise directly or indirectly from using or being unable to use the website or its services.
  7. This also applies to damages caused by viruses or similar issues allegedly obtained from the website, even if Esmart Bazaar has been informed of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal basis for the claim.

Limitation Of Liability

  1. The user acknowledges and agrees that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire risk arising out of access to and use of the website and services remains with the user.
  2. Neither Esmart Bazaar nor any other party involved in providing or delivering the website or services shall be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failures, or the cost of substitute services.
  3. Such limitations of liability shall apply regardless of whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability, or any other legal theory and even if Esmart Bazaar has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  4. The limitation will still apply even if any limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
  5. Except for Esmart Bazaar’s obligations to make payments through the current account as expressly envisaged, the aggregate liability of Esmart Bazaar, arising out of or in connection with these terms or the user’s use of the website and services, shall in no event exceed INR 1000.

General Terms

  1. Unless otherwise specified, all payments shall be made in Indian Rupees.
  2. Esmart Bazaar may revise, modify, or introduce new fees and charges if required by law. The User agrees to pay such applicable fees and charges.
  3. Esmart Bazaar reserves the right to amend these terms at any time by posting the revised terms on its website, without prior notice to the User.
  4. The User accepts that he may receive from Esmart Bazaar or its associates communications such as service announcements, advertisements, or administrative messages.
  5. All information provided by the User to Esmart Bazaar must be accurate, current and complete. The User shall be solely responsible for any errors and Esmart Bazaar shall not be liable for any costs or losses arising due to incorrect information provided by the User.
  6. Esmart Bazaar shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, exemplary, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings, arising in any manner from the use of the website or services.
  7. Neither Esmart Bazaar nor any service provider shall be liable for:
    1. loss of data
    2. interruption or stoppage of the User’s access to the website or services,
    3. consequential loss or damage, or loss of profit, business, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
  8. Esmart Bazaar makes no express or implied warranties regarding the quality, suitability, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a purpose, delivery, virus-free operation, or accuracy of information relating to any product. Services may not always be uninterrupted or error-free and may be terminated by service providers at any time.
  9. The sole obligation of Esmart Bazaar and the User’s exclusive remedy in case of service interruption, shall be to make reasonable efforts to restore the services as soon as possible.
  10. Esmart Bazaar or service providers shall not be liable for any taxes or government levies applicable to the User.
  11. Esmart Bazaar’s total liability to a User for all claims shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for using the website, or INR 1,000 (Rupees One Thousand), whichever is lower.
  12. Any link on the Esmart Bazaar website to third-party websites does not imply endorsement. The User’s access to such websites is subject to the terms of those websites.
  13. Esmart Bazaar does not endorse any advertiser or merchant linked to its website. The User must independently verify all such information before purchasing any product.
  14. Esmart Bazaar shall not be responsible for unauthorized access to a User’s data or unauthorized transmissions through its services.
  15. Esmart Bazaar reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:
    1. restrict or terminate a User’s access to services.
    2. modify or discontinue services or any part thereof.
    3. request additional details from a User in relation to transactions or as otherwise required.
  16. Esmart Bazaar may suspend or terminate a User’s access to the website or services at its sole discretion, with or without notice and without penalty.
  17. The User shall not present himself as an agent or representative of Esmart Bazaar, nor make any representations, warranties, or commitments on behalf of Esmart Bazaar or its service providers.
  18. Esmart Bazaar shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to force majeure events such as natural calamities, fire, explosion, flood, power failure, equipment breakdown, strikes, lockouts, or other causes beyond its control.
  19. If any part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that part will be replaced with a valid provision matching the intent as closely as possible and the remainder of the terms will continue in effect.
  20. Esmart Bazaar may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any third party.
  21. Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.

Annexure A: Banned Items

"Prohibited Goods and Services" : The following items and services are prohibited on the Esmart Bazaar platform, in compliance with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws, including the laws of India:

  1. Adult goods and services, including pornography, sexually suggestive materials (literature, imagery, media), escort services, or prostitution.
  2. Alcohol, including beer, liquor, wine, champagne, or other alcoholic beverages.
  3. Body parts, including organs or other human body parts.
  4. Bulk marketing tools, such as email lists or software enabling unsolicited emails (spam).
  5. Cable descramblers and black boxes designed to obtain cable or satellite signals for free.
  6. Child pornography or any pornographic materials involving minors.
  7. Copyright unlocking devices, such as mod chips or devices designed to circumvent copyright protection.
  8. Copyrighted media, including unauthorized copies of books, music, movies, or other protected materials.
  9. Copyrighted software, including unauthorized copies of software, video games, or OEM/bundled software.
  10. Counterfeit or unauthorized goods, including replicas of designer goods, items lacking required celebrity endorsements, fake autographs, counterfeit stamps, or similar items.
  11. Drugs and drug paraphernalia, including illegal drugs, drug accessories, or herbal drugs like salvia or magic mushrooms.
  12. Drug test circumvention aids, such as cleansing shakes or urine test additives.
  13. Endangered species, including plants, animals, or their derivatives in danger of extinction.
  14. Government IDs or documents, including fake IDs, passports, diplomas, or noble titles.
  15. Hacking and cracking materials, including manuals, guides, or equipment enabling illegal access to software, servers, or protected property.
  16. Illegal goods, materials, or information promoting or enabling illegal acts.
  17. Miracle cures or unsubstantiated remedies marketed as quick health fixes.
  18. Offensive goods, including materials that: (a) defame or slander based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, or other factors; (b) encourage or incite violence; or (c) promote intolerance or hatred.
  19. Crime-related items, such as crime scene photos or personal belongings associated with criminals.
  20. Prescription or herbal drugs requiring a licensed medical practitioner’s prescription, including online pharmacies.
  21. Pyrotechnic devices, combustibles, corrosives and hazardous materials, including fireworks, explosives, toxic, flammable, or radioactive substances.
  22. Regulated goods, including airbags, mercury-containing batteries, Freon, chemical solvents, government uniforms, car titles, license plates, police badges, lock-picking devices, pesticides, postage meters, recalled items, slot machines, or surveillance equipment.
  23. Securities, including stocks, bonds, or related financial products.
  24. Tobacco products, including cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, or related items.
  25. Traffic devices, including radar detectors/jammers, license plate covers, or traffic signal changers.
  26. Weapons, including firearms, ammunition, knives, brass knuckles, gun parts, or other armaments.
  27. Wholesale currency, including discounted currencies or currency exchanges.
  28. Live animals or their hides, skins, teeth, nails, or other parts.
  29. LiveMulti-level marketing collection fees or matrix scheme sites.
  30. Work-at-home information or drop-shipped merchandise.

We make every effort to process and deliver all services as per the specifications and timelines provided. However, if due to unavoidable circumstances or factors beyond the control of NSDPAY Technology the order cannot be fulfilled, it will be cancelled and the refund will be processed as per the terms mentioned below:


Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted through the Contact Us link available on our website. Any request received less than 2 business days prior to the expiry of the current service period shall be deemed to apply to the subsequent service period.


Refund Policy

We make every effort to provide suitable design concepts and quality products to our clients.

However, if any client is not fully satisfied with the product or service, a refund may be provided subject to the terms of this policy.

If the payment was made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.

If the payment was made through a payment gateway, the refund will be processed to the same account within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds/Cancellations may be refused under the following circumstances:

  1. The services have already been availed/consumed by the customer.
  2. If the transaction or service is found to be failed, incomplete, or incorrect, contrary to the claim made by the customer.
